Thanks to one of our own it has been verified my pakcage never left the U.S. and, in fact, never made it to U.S. Customs. So, I must retract my assertations that RescueDiver has the watch. I will not however retract the FACT that he misrepresetned the watch. Had this not taken place, I would never have had to return the piece.

This is my $200 lesson.

I also remain banned at WUS (temporary) and embattled with Stuff Mikler who will keep me banned due to my angry tone.... SHEESH!!

Thanks for the support 3T!! It is funny to think the attitudes of a few at WUS have brought all of us together!!

Finally I must exclaim: SCHEISE!!

Pax,

Knowing that it never arrived at Customs does that offer any redress with the USPS?

I sure don't know as I did not insure...

Let me say speaking to USPS representatives via phone has gotten me nowhere!!

Mark I think you can file a claim whether insured or not.....you must prove the value and loss which you can do:)...anyways it would prompt the USPS to investigate the claim and more info may be a result in finding out what really happenedhand6.gif...see attached link for claim form...it's worth a try imhowatch2.gif
